Step, Knee-Kick


  • Start Position:
    • In the middle of the step
  • Description:
    • It's a left lead with a tap on the step with right toe, tap down with the right.
  • Sequence:
    1. Tap right
    2. Drop the tap and knee, tap down
    3. Drop the knee and kick in front, tap down
  • Notes:
    • This is really a good work out, it raise the heart, I do 16 taps, 16 knees and then 16 kicks right side then the left. Then I break it down to 8 then 4 then 2 times each side. Hope you like it.
