Quad Stretcher


  • Start Position:
    • legs slightly apart
  • Description:
    • L.kick - R.kick - L. kick - R. kick.
    • can be used with bicep curler
  • Sequence:
    1. lift left leg upwards so heel touches bum
    2. back down to the floor
    3. kick out with left leg
    4. back down
    5. same with right leg from step 1.
