  • Description:
    • Take a step, left foot or right and place feet together then jump with legs out to a sraddle position, land feet together and bend knees for support.
  • Sequence:
    1. Take a step with left leg, place feet together
    2. Jump up with legs shooting out to straddle position
    3. Leap up high
    4. Come down, grounded landing, feet together
