Diagonal Cross
  • Start Position:
    • From back of bench.
  • Description:
    • Useful after T-step or basic ... Cross the bench diagonally moving to the front of the bench on the cross. Can be repeated to end up on opposite side of bench.
  • Sequence:
    1. T-step right and left ... right again
    2. Diagonal cross to the left
    3. Walk around bench
    4. Burst up on five
  • Notes:

    • This step is very useful as a transition step to lead into a variety of other steps.
