- Start Position:
- Left front of board, facing left corner.
- Step up and kick on the board, step down and lunge back, then
up and kick on step again, and step off.
- Step up on the left end of the board with your right foot
- Kick your left foot forward, over the board
- Bring your left foot back down to the floor to the orignal position
- Bring right foot far back to a rear lunge
- Repeat sequence above
- You can alternate to the right side of the board with an intermediate basic step in the middle of the board.
- Doing it on the floor to the side of the board is a low impact alternative.
