Bicep Curler


  • Start Position:
    • feet slightly apart
  • Description:
    • Right arm punch - left arm punch
    • can be used with quad stretcher
  • Sequence:
    1. start with either arm
    2. bring lower arm up as if using weights
    3. back down to the side
    4. punch out across body with same arm
    5. do same for other arm
  • Notes:
    • This move is great my muscles are really growing
