Squat Kicks


  • Start Position:
    • Legs shoulder width apart. Fists in front of chin.
  • Description:
    • Squating with a kick.
  • Sequence:
    1. Squat and hold for a moment.
    2. Back to starting position and kick with left leg.
    3. Squat and hold for a moment.
    4. Back to starting position and kick with right leg.
    5. Repeat.
  • Notes:
    • If you squat don't stop in the middle go all the way down.
    • If you stop in the middle your knees act as a brake and we all know what happens to brakes.
