Ryans Move


  • Start Position:
    • Right hand fighting stance
  • Description:
    • (jab,upercut,round kick,cross,sweep)
  • Sequence:
    1. get in to fighting stance
    2. put your hands up to your face and put your chin down
    3. do three jabs on right hand
    4. an upercut on which ever hand you feel best on
    5. cross then jab
    6. a round kick on the left then round kick on the right
    7. then sweep the over person
    8. and come up with an upercut
  • Notes:
