  • Start Position:
    • Fighting stance facing right.
  • Description:
    • Jab-cross-jab-upper-shin block-roundhouse
  • Sequence:
    1. Left jab
    2. Right cross
    3. Left jab
    4. Right upper cut
    5. Left shin block in the front-fists up to protect body
    6. Step with left foot/toes and knee facing outwards into
    7. a right roundhouse kick
    8. Return back to fighting stance.
  • Notes:
    • Pay close attention to shifting your weight from right to left. This will help with coordination. I break it down and add each piece in gradually, so that I know my students fully understand each piece and are comfortable with it.
