Mam-bo Combo


  • Start Position:
    • Sparring Stance
  • Description:
    • Full upper and lower body combination including arms, legs and jumps
  • Sequence:
    1. hands up in sparring stance
    2. jab punch
    3. cross punch
    4. right hook punch-left hook punch
    5. right uppercut-left uppercut
    6. front kick
    7. back kick
    8. jump front kick (advanced: jump round kick)
  • Notes:
    • This is a challenging combination, but also not too difficult for beginners. You can use either side of the body and extend this through almost 5-7 minutes of work. The speed can vary depending on the experience of the class and it gives a feel of being in a Martial arts setting by using diverse movements for one track.
