Knee-Strike Side Kick Combo


  • Start Position:
    • Horse Stance Facing Front Feet Shoulder Width Apart
  • Description:
    • 2 Knee Strikes, side kick, reverse punch
  • Sequence:
    1. Raise right knee strike
    2. Raise right knee strike
    3. Side kick right leg
    4. Power reverse punch across body with left
    5. Left knee strike
    6. Left knee strike
    7. Left side kick
    8. Power reverse punch across body with right
  • Notes:
    • Always drive with heel on side kicks and turn hip into reverse punch.
    • Power comes from the hip rotation.
    • Remember to never lock elbows when punching or knees when kicking.
