Kick-Block and Cross


  • Start Position:
    • Front fighting stance.
  • Description:
    • Alternate Front Kicks followed by alternate Outside Middle Blocks then alternate Cross Punches.
  • Sequence:
    1. Left Front Kick.
    2. Return to start position
    3. Right Front Kick.
    4. Return to start position
    5. Left Outside Middle Block.
    6. Right Outside Middle Block.
    7. Left Cross.
    8. Right Cross.
  • Notes:
    • Don't hyper-extend the knees during kicks.
    • Keep kicks no higher than thigh height.
    • For Blocks keep fist tight, palm facing inward.
    • Don't hyper-extend the elbows during jabs.
