Jumpin Jack Flash


  • Start Position:
    • Facing forward
  • Description:
    • A good heart rate riser. It consists of a skip rope jump with a jumping jack punch
  • Sequence:
    1. Start with a normal skipping rope jump (no rope) x8
    2. Jump forward then back x8
    3. Now jumpingjack but punch forward on leg seperation x8
    4. Repeat steps 2 & 3 until fatigue
  • Notes:

    • To intensify the above you could add a 4 point front kick at the end of step 3
