• Start Position:
    • Right hand fighting stance
  • Description:
    • Jab, Cross, Hook, Uppercut, Hook, Uppercut, Hook combination repeat 8-16 times, roundabout, and repeat on the opposite side.
  • Sequence:
    1. Right jab, left cross, right hook, left uppercut
    2. Right hook, left uppercut, right hook
    3. Repeat 8-16 times
    4. Rotate 90 degrees into left hand fighter stance
    5. Repeat combo 8-16 times
  • Notes:
    • Don't lock out the arms on the punches.
    • Arms always return to a defensive position on completion of punch.
    • For added intensity, go up on the toes, or into boxer's shuffle.
