Hook, Upper and Kick Combo


  • Start Position:
    • Ready stance
  • Description:
    • Two hooks, upper cut, front and side kick
  • Sequence:
    1. With right leg forward: two quick left hooks then add
    2. on an upper with the right (4 counts) - 80% of the
    3. weight on the right lead leg with the upper cut.
    4. Then add front kick with the left leg and side kick
    5. with the right leg (4 counts)
    6. A combo that flows well - lots of power on the upper
    7. cut - goes down really well in my class.
