Hannah's Kickboxing Combo


  • Start Position:
    • Fighting stance
  • Description:
    • It's a great warm up exersise, no need for equipment .... Front kicks both legs, step ball change (Cha Cha Cha) ... keep arms punching!
  • Sequence:
    1. Fighting stance, left foot in front
    2. front kick with your right foot
    3. along with the kick a left arm punch.
    4. step ball change with your feet
    5. keep arms punching
    6. now your hopefully in a fighting stance with R back
    7. Kick with arm as you punch with left...
    8. kickball change etc etc...imp. keep arms punching
  • Notes:
    • You keep your whole body moving, it's a great exercise for your whole body ... along with your head!
