Gold-Belt Combo


  • Start Position:
    • Empty stance, left side forward
  • Description:
    • Offense front punch follwed with back punch followed by a front ridge hand
  • Sequence:
    1. Empty stance left side forward
    2. Do an offensive front punch back punch
    3. Do a defensive front ridge hand while pivoting
    4. Turn, empty stance, right side forward, yell
    5. Do an offensive front punch back punch
    6. Do a defensive front ridge hand
    7. Turn and yell
  • Notes:
    • Don't forget to pivot all the way on back punch and ridge hand. Always step towards the side you are forward.
