- Start Position:
- Basic fighting stance, L lead
- High intensity corner combination. Start to R corner for full combo, repeat to L. Alt. R and L.
- R knee block, step R
- L roundhouse(turn kick to face back), step L
- Back kick R, Back kick L
- 2 jacks to turn back to front corner
- 4 fast R jabs
- scoot back x4
- 2 slow squat jacks
- repeat L
- Target is front right corner of room, then front L corner.
