Cardio Corner Combo
  • Start Position:
    • Basic fighting stance, L lead
  • Description:
    • High intensity corner combination. Start to R corner for full combo, repeat to L. Alt. R and L.
  • Sequence:
    1. R knee block, step R
    2. L roundhouse(turn kick to face back), step L
    3. Back kick R, Back kick L
    4. 2 jacks to turn back to front corner
    5. 4 fast R jabs
    6. scoot back x4
    7. 2 slow squat jacks
    8. repeat L
  • Notes:
    • Target is front right corner of room, then front L corner.
