    • Basic Defense Position
  • Description:
    • 4 hit boxer style combo
  • Sequence:
    1. throw a quick jab with left fist
    2. quickly follow up with a cross
    3. maintain balance and throw a hook with your left
    4. duck down, and come up with an uppercut with right fist
  • Targets:
    • face
    • chin
    • midsection (advanced)
  • Notes:
    • the key to this is BALANCE, only try this when you are confidant about your balance. also care HAS to be taken so that you do not end up wrenching your lower back in awkward positions.
