A Thi Round Kick
  • Start Position:
    • Normal Fighting Stance
  • Description:
    • This is one of the most powerful kicks on the face of the earth when mastered.
  • Sequence:
    1. Stand in fighting stance
    2. Put weight on left foot and pivot
    3. Swing right foot around (like any other round kick)
    4. Hit target with shin (not foot all shin)
    5. Then return to stance
  • Targets:
    • Head
    • Upperbody
    • Lowerbody
  • Notes:
    • This kick takes a little practice to master. You must strengthen your shins or else it will sting when you strike your target.
