Toe Raises - No weights
- Tibialis Anterior (Front of lower leg)
- Seated position.
- Keep abdominals (stomach) contracted
- Raise the foot (foot flexion) and hold for 1 second
- Slowly bring the foot to the resting position (start position).
- Repeat 12-15 times for each foot.
