Toe Raises - No weights
TARGET MUSCLES:
Tibialis Anterior (Front of lower leg)
START POSITION:
Seated position.
Keep abdominals (stomach) contracted
PROCEDURE:
Raise the foot (foot flexion) and hold for 1 second
Slowly bring the foot to the resting position (start position).
Repeat 12-15 times for each foot.
