STAIR STEPPER - Machine (Cardiovascular)

TARGET MUSCLES:

  • Quadriceps (Legs)
  • Calves (Legs)
  • Hamstrings (Legs)

START POSITION:

  • Set the machine for light to medium intensity in the beginning
  • Set the duration between 15 to 30 minutes.

PROCEDURE:

  • This is a good low impact exercise for increasing cardiovascular endurance.
  • It also develops strength in the upper and lower legs muscles.
  • Increase intensity and duration by no more than 10% per week.
