IFA ANNOUNCES THE RELEASE OF ITS 2ND EDITION FITNESS ABCS MANUAL

Orlando, FL (September 28, 2008) The International Fitness Association, an
online Fitness Center is proud to announce the release of the second
edition of its very popular "Fitness ABCs" training manual. The free
comprehensive training manual entitled "Fitness ABCs" is available for
online reading or download.

IFA has also secured the services of the publisher LuLu, which will
provide the manual in print form for the general market.  Through a
marketing agreement with LuLu Publishers, the "Fitness ABCs" Manual is
now available from retailers such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble and
many others.

Chuck Krautblatt, President of IFA, is a certified Aerobics Instructor
and Personal Trainer teaching Step Aerobics and Kickboxing Aerobics in
Orlando. He is also the Executive Producer of "Chuck's Body Shop" a TV
pilot fitness show produced for the Chicago television market. Chuck
