IFA DELIVERS OVER 200,000 COPIES OF FREE FITNESS MANUAL

Orlando, FL (July 18, 2000) The International Fitness Association. An
online Fitness Training Center, IFA announced today that their Fitness
Training Manual, Fitness ABCs, has over 200,000 copies in circulation.

Fitness ABCs is a free comprehensive training manual distributed by the
International Fitness Association. The book includes sections on
