IFA ANNOUNCES SENIOR FITNESS CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

Orlando, FL (April 21, 2005) The International Fitness Association, an
online Fitness Center is proud to announce the release of its third
certification program, which is for Senior Fitness.

This is in addition to IFA's two other certification programs, the
very popular Aerobics Instructor & Personal Trainer, and Sports
Nutrition programs. The IFA "Fitness ABCs" manual, is the coursework
for all three certification programs.

Chuck Krautblatt, President of IFA, is a certified Aerobics Instructor
and Personal Trainer teaching Step Aerobics and Kickboxing Aerobics in
Orlando. He is also the Executive Producer of "Chuck's Body Shop" a TV
pilot fitness show produced for the Chicago television market. Chuck
Krautblatt is also on the Standards Technical Panel for Underwriters
Laboratories Inc. and an Aerospace Engineering Consultant.
