IFA ANNOUNCES SPORTS NUTRITION CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

Orlando, FL (March 5, 2002) The International Fitness Association, an
online Fitness Center is proud to announce the release of its second
certification program, which is for Sports Nutrition.

This is in addition to IFA's primary certification program, the very
popular Aerobics Instructor & Personal Trainer. The IFA "Fitness
ABCs" manual is used as coursework for both programs.

Chuck Krautblatt, President of IFA, is a certified Aerobics Instructor
and Personal Trainer teaching Step Aerobics and Kickboxing Aerobics in
Orlando. He is also the Executive Producer of "Chuck's Body Shop" a TV
pilot fitness show produced for the Chicago television market. Chuck
Krautblatt is also on the Standards Technical Panel for Underwriters
Laboratories Inc. and an Aerospace Engineering Consultant.
