IFA ANNOUNCES INTERNET CYBER PERSONAL TRAINER

Orlando, FL (June 4, 2001) The International Fitness
Association, an online Fitness Center is proud to announce the
second release of it's very popular Cyber Trainer. IFA, provides
a free Automated Personal Training Service which includes a
free comprehensive training manual entitled "Fitness ABCs" for
online reading or download. IFA's site hosts sports specific
training, frequently asked questions on general fitness, and
