This form is to be used to order a link to be placed on our Fitness Links page. Your link will remain in place for one year following the date of payment. If you need any changes during the year, just email us from here. There are no additional charges for changes during the year. Your link will be posted within 72 hours. The cost is $100 US for a period of one year.

Pay by credit card through PayPal. This is not an automatic renewal. Or, you can send a check or Money Order (allow 3 to 4 weeks) with the above information to the address below. There will be a $10 charge on all returned checks regardless of the reason. All link requests are subject to IFA approval. If your link is rejected, your payment will be refunded.
