Straddle Down
  • Start Position:
    • In front of the board, facing left.
  • Description:
    • Knee lift straddle, return to the side.
  • Sequence:
    1. Step up on board with right foot
    2. Raise left knee
    3. Place left foot on floor to the left of the board again
    4. Place right foot on floor to the right of the board
      (You are now straddling the board)
    5. Step on board with left foot
    6. Step on board with right foot
    7. Bring left foot down to the floor to the left of the board
    8. Bring right foot down to the floor to the left of the board
  • Notes:
    • You can reverse this move to face the opposite direction and step up with the left foot
