Step and Lunge
  • Start Position:
    • Centered in front of the board.
  • Description:
    • Basic step with rear lunge.
  • Sequence:
    1. Step up on board with right foot
    2. Step up on board with left foot - placed next to right foot
    3. Rear lunge off the board with right foot
    4. Bring right foot back onto the board
    5. Rear lunge off the board with left foot
    6. Bring left foot back onto board
    7. Step down onto floor with right foot
    8. Step down onto floor with left foot
  • Notes:
    • This move should be started with a tap down first transitioning to an increasing lunge.
    • Hand weights may be used only with this move to increase intensity.
