- Start Position:
- In the middle of the step
- It's a left lead with a tap on the step with right toe, tap down with the right.
- Tap right
- Drop the tap and knee, tap down
- Drop the knee and kick in front, tap down
- This is really a good work out, it raise the heart, I do 16 taps, 16 knees and then 16 kicks right side then the left. Then I break it down to 8 then 4 then 2 times each side. Hope you like it.
