- Step to the left side in four counts as your right foot cross behind the left.
- Step to the side with your left foot
- Bring the right foot behind the left foot
- Step to the side with your left foot again
- Step to the side with your right foot, bringing it next to the left one
- This basic move is used in all types of aerobics. Feet start and end together.
- You can reverse this to traverse to the right
- A knee strike or hamstring can be added at each end of the move
