Description:
- Right arm punch - left arm punch
- can be used with quad stretcher
Sequence:
- start with either arm
- bring lower arm up as if using weights
- back down to the side
- punch out across body with same arm
- do same for other arm
Notes:
- This move is great my muscles are really growing
