  • Description:

    • Combination of jab/crosses with front kicks and side kicks and shuffles
  • Sequence:

    1. R jab followed with L cross
    2. R jab followed with L cross
    3. L front kick
    4. L front kick
    5. R side kick
    6. R side kick
    7. Shuffle forward than back
    8. Shuffle forward than back
  • Notes:

    • This combo is always moving with no breaks. Repeat L side.
    • I've been certified and teaching Cardio Kickboxing for 2 years.
