- Combination of jab/crosses with front kicks and side kicks and shuffles
Sequence:
- R jab followed with L cross
- R jab followed with L cross
- L front kick
- L front kick
- R side kick
- R side kick
- Shuffle forward than back
- Shuffle forward than back
Notes:
- This combo is always moving with no breaks. Repeat L side.
- I've been certified and teaching Cardio Kickboxing for 2 years.
