Description:
- 2 Knee Strikes, side kick, reverse punch
Sequence:
- Raise right knee strike
- Raise right knee strike
- Side kick right leg
- Power reverse punch across body with left
- Left knee strike
- Left knee strike
- Left side kick
- Power reverse punch across body with right
Notes:
- Always drive with heel on side kicks and turn hip into reverse punch.
- Power comes from the hip rotation.
- Remember to never lock elbows when punching or knees when kicking.
