  • Description:

    • Front kick, side kick, front kick, side kick, knee strike, knee strike, 4 punches
  • Sequence:

    1. Front kick with right leg
    2. Side kick with left leg
    3. Front kick with right leg
    4. Side kick with left leg
    5. Knee strike with right knee
    6. Knee strike with left knee
    7. 4 front punches
    8. Repeat, starting with opposite leg
