Push Kick and Block
  • Start Position:
    • Front fighting stance.
  • Description:
    • Left Push Kick then place foot back at starting position and execute a Right Middle Block. Repeat for the right side with a Right Push Kick and a Left Middle Block.
  • Sequence:
    1. Left Push Kick.
    2. Return to start position.
    3. Right Middle Block.
    4. Return to start position.
    5. Right Push Kick.
    6. Return to start position.
    7. Left Middle Block.
    8. Return to start position.
  • Notes:
    • Don't hyper-extend the knees during kicks.
    • Keep kicks no higher than thigh height.
