Jab-Cross and Kick

  • Start Position:

    • Front fighting stance.
  • Description:

    • Left front kick and a left jab right cross combo followed by an alternate side repeat of a right jab left cross combo and a right front kick.
  • Sequence:

    1. Left Front Kick.
    2. Return to start position
    3. Left Jab.
    4. Right Cross.
    5. Right Jab.
    6. Left Cross
    7. Right Front Kick.
    8. Return to start position
  • Notes:

    • Don't hyper-extend the knees during kicks.
    • Keep kicks no higher than thigh height.
    • Don't hyper-extend the elbows during jabs.
