Front and Side Kick

  • Start Position:

    • Front fighting stance.
  • Description:

    • Alternating Front Kicks followed by alternating Side Kicks.
  • Sequence:

    1. Right Front Kick.
    2. Return to start position
    3. Left Front Kick.
    4. Return to start position
    5. Right Side kick.
    6. Return to start position
    7. Left Side Kick.
    8. Return to start position
  • Notes:

    • Don't hyper-extend the knees during kicks.
    • Keep kicks no higher than thigh height.
