Grapevine and Side Kick
- Grapevine to the left followed by two complete lead leg side kicks.
- Grapevine to the left.
- Right Side Kick.
- Grapevine to the right
- Left Side Kick.
- Don't hyper-extend the knees during kicks.
- Keep kicks no higher than thigh height.
- Slight rotation of hip to point toes down.
