Shin-Block and Cross-Jab
  • Start Position:
    • Front fighting stance.
  • Description:
    • Left front Shin Block then right cross jab.
  • Sequence:
    1. Raise left knee for Shin Block.
    2. Return knee to floor.
    3. Right Cross Jab.
    4. Return to starting position.
    5. Raise right knee for Shin Block.
    6. Return knee to floor.
    7. Left Cross Jab.
    8. Return to starting position.
  • Notes:
    • Don't hyper-extend the elbows during jabs.
