Power Walk
  • Start Position:
    • Right hand fighting stance.
  • Description:
    • Three Steps Forward with middle blocking and end with a rear leg Front Push Kick.
    • Three Steps Backward with low blocking and end with a lead leg Side Kick.
  • Sequence:
    1. Left foot forward with left outside middle block.
    2. Right foot forward with right outside middle block.
    3. Left foot forward with left outside middle block.
    4. Front Push Kick with hands at the defense position.
    5. Right foot backward with right low side block.
    6. Left foot backward with left low side block.
    7. Right foot backward with right low side block.
    8. Left Push Kick with hands at the defense position (repeat for count of 16).
  • Notes:
    • Don't hyper-extend the knees during kicks.
    • Don't hyper-extend the elbows during jabs.
    • Keep kicks no higher than thigh height.
    • Slightly lean back on front kick only enough for balance.
    • Front Push Kick strikes with the heel of the foot.
    • Side Kick lean slightly at waist and slightly rotate hip forward.
