- Two hooks, upper cut, front and side kick
Sequence:
- With right leg forward: two quick left hooks then add
- on an upper with the right (4 counts) - 80% of the
- weight on the right lead leg with the upper cut.
- Then add front kick with the left leg and side kick
- with the right leg (4 counts)
- A combo that flows well - lots of power on the upper
- cut - goes down really well in my class.
