Ekins Kick Combo

  • Start Position:

    • Left foot stance
  • Description:

    • Right foot turn kick, left foot front kick, right foot turn kick, left foot front kick, right foot turn kick x 3
  • Sequence:

    1. Right foot turn kick from starting position
    2. Left foot front kick
    3. Right foot turn kick
    4. Left foot front kick
    5. Right foot turn kick
    6. Bring right foot back keep your knee near your chest
    7. Push your knee out and do a turn kick
    8. Repeat 6 and 7 again then return to starting stance.
  • Notes:

    • My name is Andy Ekins, this move is very affective when trying to keep your opponent away from you.
    • You can change this move by adding more kicks at the end or even changing which foot kicks first.
    • Some problems with this move are that most skilled people will be able to counter or block this combo.
