Upward Thrust Kick
  • Start Position:
    • Left stance.
  • Description:
    • Instep of foot stikes the groin/inside of kneecap.
  • Technique:
    • Change weight to front leg
    • Lift left leg (snap knee/power, snap hip/speed)
    • When finished return to left stance
  • Targets:
    • Inside kneecap
    • Thigh
    • Groin
