- This requires practice but is a good take down, the goal is to use a hook, then a upper cut followed by a elbow strike, hence the name T-Srike.
Sequence:
- Guard up
- Left quick hook
- Follow with a upper cut
- Finish with a elbow strike

- Chin
- Right cheek
