    • Basic boxers stance
  • Description:

    • A quick combination ... Jab, power front punch, hook and uppercut ... Sides can be reversed
  • Sequence:

    1. Stand in boxers stance ... face right jab with left hand
    2. Rotate hips to throw a right front punch
    3. Face right again ... Hook with left hand
    4. Upper cut with right
  • Targets:

    • Chin
    • Forehead
    • Nose
  • Notes:
