POWER ELBOW

  • Start Position:

    • Left foot slightly forward, guard up, left hand forward
  • Description:

    • VERY POWERFUL ELBOW!!! WILL CAUSE SERIOUS DAMAGE TO ANY TARGET
  • Sequence:

    1. twist body and hips to the right bending legs slightly
    2. bring elbow back
    3. spring fowards twisting to the left
    4. elbow should move in a crescent
    5. continue the movment by stepping forward with right leg
    6. elbow should contact with target
  • Targets:

    • NOSE
    • THROAT
    • CHIN
    • CHEEK BONE
    • TEMPLE
  • Notes:

    • Use for self defence only!!!
    • A variation is to grip your right fist with left hand just before the strike.
