Start Position:
- Left foot slightly forward, guard up, left hand forward
Description:
- VERY POWERFUL ELBOW!!! WILL CAUSE SERIOUS DAMAGE TO ANY TARGET
Sequence:
- twist body and hips to the right bending legs slightly
- bring elbow back
- spring fowards twisting to the left
- elbow should move in a crescent
- continue the movment by stepping forward with right leg
- elbow should contact with target
Targets:
- NOSE
- THROAT
- CHIN
- CHEEK BONE
- TEMPLE
Notes:
- Use for self defence only!!!
- A variation is to grip your right fist with left hand just before the strike.
