Start Position:

• left foot forward

Description:

• Obscure opponents view then bring them to the ground for finishing moves

Sequence:

1. throw left jab
2. throw left jab and leave hands to block opponent's view
3. leave hand only for a short period
4. lower stance
5. tackle left side of their body with your left shoulder
6. once body hits ground punch all areas of face
7. Hit as fast and as many times as possible

Targets:

• head
• eyes
• left hip
• eyes, nose, mouth, forehead

Notes:
