  • Start Position:

    • Kickboxing or boxing stance
  • Description:

    • Punching combination that will produce KOs
  • Sequence:

    1. left jab
    2. left jab
    3. right jab
    4. left jab
    5. right uppercut
    6. left hook
    7. right hook
    8. left uppercut
  • Targets:

    • Head if you want to finish off someone that wont block
  • Notes:

    • Stay as far away from opponent as possible. You may be in trouble if they block a part of the combination and move in close.
    • Try to stay balance and turn hooks into elbow strikes if opponent gets closer.
